April 3 is Sundae day. As the first recorded sundae was on Sunday, April 3, 1892. Today’s google pictures reminded me a cold scoop of sundae ice cream topped with may favourite flavours. But many of us don’ t know that April 3rd is the birthday of sundae ice cream, so what to do at this day? Just go for a visit to the nearest ice cream parlour with your family, friends or dear ones and have an ice cream sundae. The sundae is an ice cream dessert. It typically consists of a scoop of ice cream topped with sauce or syrup, and in some cases other toppings including chopped nuts, sprinkles, whipped cream, or maraschino cherries. No dessert could be simpler than the Ice Cream Sundae – a scoop of ice cream, a sweet topping, and the ubiquitous whipped cream and cherry at the top.
