The countdown has begun. Volkswagen is working on the Nordschleife to the first test mules of the new Golf MkVII that it still are collecting all the information possible to tune the chassis properly. The current rush the MkVI was more of a restyling fat than anything else, and although no one doubts its commercial results, it is obvious that his was an upgrade to 2.0 MkV more than a generation gap with all the letters. Spy photos of today do not teach us any details with which we can imagine the features of the next Golf (think that although the platform is new, still have the old body), but it would be logical that Volkswagen began to leave with him the keen features that are already part of other spectrum from the Pole and to the Touareg. Not that I expect anything revolutionary if we stick with some clay model "filtered" by the mark for months. Anyway, the new Golf goes on sale in 2012, so do not take too long to see the first prototypes with the body of pre-production.
